Every price on this page is a starting point, not a final number. Homes vary more than people expect, so I come see yours first. Then you get one flat price, in writing, before anything is booked.

Why every price is quoted
I don't price a home I haven't seen. Two three-bedroom houses can be an hour apart in work depending on the furniture, the floors and how much needs doing. The numbers above are starting points, not ceilings. A large house can run $300, $400, $600 or more, and anything over four thousand square feet is priced on its own. The walkthrough is free and takes about fifteen minutes. After that the price is fixed and doesn't move.
Already moved out and the house is empty? I can clean that too. Just say so when you call, and I'll price it the same way.
Larger homes are quoted individually. Ask about the regular-customer rate.

Hi, I'm Anabel. AWR is my two kids and me.
Anabel, Wanda and Ryan. My initial and my two children's, which is a good reminder of why I started this: I wanted work I could be proud to put their names on.
I'm originally from Costa Rica. I speak English and Spanish, so we can sort out the details in whichever one is easier for you.
AWR isn't a franchise or an app. I take on a small number of families around Hamilton, learn how each of them likes their home kept, and do it properly every time. On larger houses I bring one person to help me so it doesn't turn into an all day job, but I'm the one there every visit and it's never a stranger you haven't met.
That means you always know exactly who's coming. You won't get a different crew each week, and you won't have to re-explain that the good pan doesn't go in the dishwasher.

How far I travel
Most of my work sits within about half an hour of Hamilton, on both sides of the river. That covers all of Mercer County, the lower half of Bucks County in Pennsylvania, and the parts of Burlington, Middlesex and Monmouth that sit close to me.
For a bigger house or a job that makes the trip worth it, I will drive up to an hour. If you are further out, tell me the size of the place and what you need and I will tell you honestly whether I can make it work.
What I can't do is the far end of the state. The shore towns, Wildwood, North Jersey and central Philadelphia are all too far to reach and still do a proper job.
FAQ
Questions people ask first
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Not at all. Plenty of customers give me a key or a door code and come home to a finished house. Whichever you prefer is fine.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Either way works. If you already have products and a vacuum you like, leave them out and I'll use yours. Most people do, and it keeps the price down. If you'd rather I bring everything myself, I can, and the visit costs a little more to cover it. Just tell me which you'd prefer when I come out.
Is it always just you?
I do most homes on my own. On a bigger house I'll bring one person to help me, otherwise a single visit turns into the whole day. Either way I'm there myself every time, and it's the same helper rather than whoever happens to be free.
How do I pay?
Cash is easiest, and I also take checks and Zelle. Payment is due at the start of each visit rather than the end.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just give me a call or text as early as you can. There's no cancellation fee. I only ask for a day's notice when possible so I can fill the slot.
Can I get the same day and time every week?
Yes, and most people do. Regular customers get a fixed slot in my schedule, so you always know when I'm coming.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell me before I leave and I'll redo it on the spot. If you spot something later, call me and I'll take care of it on the next visit at no charge.
